すべてのレビューを表示Great class! First time doing Pilates, instructor was very welcoming and helpful with my form throughout the workout. I will say the full body class was very fast paced for a beginner, but I was able to keep up. Music was very loud which made it hard to hear, but at least the music was good!

すべてのレビューを表示Alex is a fantastic instructor, I really enjoyed the pace of the exercises, the fact that I got a “proper” workout, and the low volume yet mildly upbeat music. I also appreciate her speaking tone—it was very calm, which is great in such a small room with tricky acoustics.

すべてのレビューを表示Rating high for Alex!! This was a perfectly challenging class and Alex was great about explaining proper form on all of the exercises. Unfortunately the instructor that was supposed to be there (I think Shalynn) didn’t show up. Luckily, Alex was still nearby and jumped in, but the class was only 45ish minutes long.

すべてのレビューを表示She was incredible! She didn’t shout and try to speed through the cues as fast as she could. She spoke clearly and the workout was manageable but also challenging. Amazing playlist too. I hope to take more of her classes!

すべてのレビューを表示I was nervous and almost skipped my first class but i’m glad I didn’t ! It was hard at first but I pushed myself and did it and I feel SO GOOD after! I go to the gym often but I avoid core exercises… so I took this class to force myself to work out my core and I definitely feel the burn after. And the price of signing up for Solidcore was off putting at first, so thanks to class pass for allowing me to try this using a free trial. I am now going to pay for the monthly membership, this was so worth it.

すべてのレビューを表示Wasn’t a huge fan of the movements of this class compared to other classes I’ve taken BUT the instructor was awesome and super upbeat which I loved so that made up for it. She was also super hands on and corrected form 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

すべてのレビューを表示Megan is an outstanding teacher. Her slow flow class is challenging but still relaxing. At the end of class I know I worked hard but I don’t feel exhausted or strained. HIGHLY recommend her class on Monday nights at 715pm.

すべてのレビューを表示Wow! I can’t begin to describe how impressed I was with everything this studio had to offer. The practice was both energetic and introspective. Brooke just radiates affirming and welcoming vibes. The yoga room was illuminated by blue lights and heated. ☯️ The amenities were lux. The studio was meticulously clean. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. Even the towels were plush and washed with fabric softener. I can’t wait to go back.

The class was just hard enough that I was sweating but not too hard where I felt like I could not do it anything. She also made some adjustments for me that amplified the entire experience. Claudia was able to describe the exercise and cue in a way that everyone was able to follow along. She offered specific modifications for several people’s injuries while still keeping the class flow. Excellent teacher. Can’t wait to take her class again.

すべてのレビューを表示Vivian was a great instructor and you can tell that she cares about those who attend her class because she knew everyone who was already there so it made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was very clear with her instructions when teaching im the front of the class. This was my first mat Pilates class so I wasn’t sure if she would walk around and correct our forms or not. The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!

All of the poses were explained so well and she guided us during transitions to make sure we all felt comfortable. I will definitely come back and recommend.
