すべてのレビューを表示Megan is an outstanding teacher. Her slow flow class is challenging but still relaxing. At the end of class I know I worked hard but I don’t feel exhausted or strained. HIGHLY recommend her class on Monday nights at 715pm.

すべてのレビューを表示Nice workout, not too challenging. The class is apparently heated but they keep the door open so it didn’t feel hot and felt very comfortable. I recommend sitting towards the front of the class because I couldn’t hear anything in the back over the music

すべてのレビューを表示High intensity class! Was fun and the instructor is very friendly about helping new comers. Do give yourself ample time to park! Street parking is limited and needs to be paid for so just plan on parking in a garage.

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve grown to really love Pure Barre, the core classwork in Classic feels much more low impact than other pilates-based classes and yet you get a challenging, full-body workout every time. I also appreciate that the class starts off with some cardio and folds in stretching between muscle groups. Karin is my absolute fave!! She has an amazing, warm energy and is the best instructor you could ask for if you have an early class. She is very observant and therefore good about giving encouragement or corrections, when needed. She definitely brings out your best without making you feel overwhelmed. When not giving hands on correction, she is ALWAYS doing the full workout with the class. This is not only helpful for following along but is great for mental motivation because you know your instructor is right there next to you putting in 110% effort.
