    Basic Yoga

    I like that the class is not fast paced so it’s good for beginners. instructor gives very clear instructions, explains the theory behind and goes around to correct everyone’s postures.

    Sculpt & Tone Mat Pilates

    My first session with this studio and I love how easy it was to follow the instructor's commands and flow. Movements looks easy to follow but actually hard to keep up when done in the right posture. You'd feel the burnnnn in your muscles. Absolutely had a good time and the studio is so clean and cozy!!! A bit hard to find at first but once you got it, it's easy to get to^^

    Yin | Restorative | Relaxation | Stretching | Stress Relieve

    The session was okay, the slow breathing counts is a bit too slow to endure for the whole class and it's unusually this slow for yin classes so that's something to take note of. The session ran way longer than it should, within an hour but it went past 20 minutes after that which was not something I enjoyed, I would prefer to stick to the time given and give a heads up to us so we have a choice to leave when the time is up, I felt my time was a bit wasted and disrespected to be honest. Other than that, the poses are alright and intimate classes are appreciated.
