    Ride Santai : Freaky Friday Halloween

    Great class, good vibes. Not familiar with the moves as I’m a newcomer but still enjoyed myself. 1 comment, they didn’t have enough lighter weights so I couldn’t do the arm workout. Overall would attend a themed ride with Illy again! :)

    Indoor Rhythmic Cycling

    Love Charlotte as instructor! Her energy and she is very engaging with the students. Her class is suitable for those that love to complete the whole spinning journey. It’s slower but it’s tough as well, it’s really burning and the movement is easier.

    Boxing Class

    First time joining the class, unfortunately to realise I was the only girl 😅😂 But Nik as my instructor was very nice and accommodating! Not just in terms of managing the difficulty (between advanced and beginner) but also gender differences (definitely was not as fit as the men, haha). He taught us the fundamentals of boxing and made sure we had fun! Do be prepared for a total sweaty workout even as a beginner (given that you push yourself to the limit)!
