    Great class. My favs place for pilates. Unlike some instructor joo ee is not intimidating, knows when to push. When to hold back. Downside is very hard to boon through classpass. U basicly need to be really fast and turn on your notification to see any availability.

    HIIT - Cardio & Strength

    Spacious studio, attended HIIT class with Celaine. She always gives clear instructions so that our forms are correct . Therefore, good for beginners, especially those who are just starting to work out because correct form is very important to ensure efficient and safe workout. The only drawback of this studio is that they do not provide mats, so you need to bring your workout mat, otherwise you will have to rent one there.

    Reformer+ Chair Pilates Intermediate

    Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.

    Hatha Yoga (Beginner - Intermediate)

    The yoga instructor had such a calming voice, I had a lovely time doing her yoga class. Facilities were new and mats clean, had a spacious waiting area with cups to drinks water. Had a sink, hair dryer and clean changing rooms with plenty of mirrors. Thank you!
