    Ladies Only Pilates [KLCC]

    This lunchtime women’s Pilates class has become such a sanctuary for me during the work week. It’s one of the few moments where I can completely switch off, reset, and return to work feeling stronger and calmer. A huge thank you to Elena for making every class so special. She is always so clear in her instructions and takes the time to explain the intention and purpose behind every movement, which has helped me connect so much more deeply with my practice. Her calm, positive, and zen energy is truly infectious, and she creates such a welcoming space for everyone. I’m genuinely so grateful to have found this class, and I’m incredibly sad that the studio is closing. Thank you, Elena, for all the care, encouragement, and positive energy you’ve shared with us. This class has meant far more to me than just a workout, and I’ll miss it dearly. 🤍

    Yin Soundbath with Aroma | All Level

    Absolutely amazing experience! Theclass is officially one of my absolute favorites. The instructor's voice is incredibly soft, soothing, and instantly brings a sense of deep calm to the room. Spending my Friday night here was the perfect act of self-care. I left feeling so grateful to myself for simply showing up and being present. Thank you for such a beautiful practice. I can't wait to come back!

    Sculpt & Tone Mat Pilates

    My first session with this studio and I love how easy it was to follow the instructor's commands and flow. Movements looks easy to follow but actually hard to keep up when done in the right posture. You'd feel the burnnnn in your muscles. Absolutely had a good time and the studio is so clean and cozy!!! A bit hard to find at first but once you got it, it's easy to get to^^

    The session was okay, the slow breathing counts is a bit too slow to endure for the whole class and it's unusually this slow for yin classes so that's something to take note of. The session ran way longer than it should, within an hour but it went past 20 minutes after that which was not something I enjoyed, I would prefer to stick to the time given and give a heads up to us so we have a choice to leave when the time is up, I felt my time was a bit wasted and disrespected to be honest. Other than that, the poses are alright and intimate classes are appreciated.
