IMPORTANT: Mats are available (except for Pound & Yoga in the park classes) but… Reformer+ Chair Pilates Intermediate
すべてのレビューを表示Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.
