    Boxing Class

    First time joining the class, unfortunately to realise I was the only girl 😅😂 But Nik as my instructor was very nice and accommodating! Not just in terms of managing the difficulty (between advanced and beginner) but also gender differences (definitely was not as fit as the men, haha). He taught us the fundamentals of boxing and made sure we had fun! Do be prepared for a total sweaty workout even as a beginner (given that you push yourself to the limit)!

    Fatburn Extreme

    It was an intense workout class. You basically work your full body and since it’s a small group instructor could help with guiding your posture during the workout. Would definitely recommend it for those wanting to lose weight
