The session was good. But we just need some seconds to transitions from one exercise to another. Cause as soon as we finish and while we still are coming out of the pose, the instructor is already showing the next exercise. Making it difficult to follow what we need to do next and needing to ask her to repear. We should have a 10 sec break for water too.

She is GOLD, her elegance and her kindness and the way she cares about details are definitely something very special. I would pay lots of money for her hammam without any hesitation❤️ thank you hanane for the experience, you remind me of the true meaning of Hammam and its rituals.
