すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed my Pilates intermediate class with coach Joy!. I especially appreciated how the instructor focused on teaching me the proper posture and form throughout the session. We worked on the core, legs, and arms, so it felt like a well-rounded full-body workout. Overall, I’m very happy with how the class turned out and I definitely enjoyed the experience.

She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how far to push you, she knows how to challenge you without pushing you beyond your limits. The session felt purposeful, engaging and enjoyable with her. You can genuinely feel the difference in your mobility and flexibility. Super Coach.
