I managed 2 minutes first time round then with the encouragement from Ella I managed 5 minutes the second time 👌🏾🙌🏾 will definitely attend again and would recommend 🙂

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed today's Jump Board Pilates class of Ms. JYOTI. It was fun, energizing, and a great workout. My instructor was encouraging and easy to follow. I especially loved the stretching at the end it really helped relieve my back pain and left me feeling amazing. I can't wait for my next class!

The atmosphere in the studio was welcoming, relaxing, and motivating at the same time. The movements were challenging in the best way—they really targeted the right muscles, and I could feel my core, glutes, and overall body working throughout the session. Every exercise felt purposeful rather than repetitive. I left the class feeling stronger, more energized, and already looking forward to my next session.
