I started Pilates thinking, how hard could a workout be if you’re lying down most of the time? Turns out, very. Pilates is genuinely fun. The pain is fun. Walking like a duck the next day? Peak fun. ✨ And Michel at Pilates Lab makes it even better. He’s calm, patient, and relentless at his pursuit of teaching us how to have a better spine alignment, somehow proving that suffering doesn’t have to be traumatizing, and that it’s okay if I don’t bend like a pretzel.

I really enjoyed today's Jump Board Pilates class of Ms. JYOTI. It was fun, energizing, and a great workout. My instructor was encouraging and easy to follow. I especially loved the stretching at the end it really helped relieve my back pain and left me feeling amazing. I can't wait for my next class!

Be prepared when you come here, cause Marwa really knows how to get you shaking! The whole place is excellent as well, the atmosphere feels lux, and the gym, jaccuzi, and pool were also a great add after the reformer.
