She is also very engaging and shows us how to modify movements aswell. Overall I enjoyed the class and look forward to doing Pilates with her.

すべてのレビューを表示I liked the place so spacious, the instructor was so super and she managed to include everyone in the instructions and she reminded everyone with the basics of the reformer and terms used so all on the same page. The session itself was very well designed to focus on the core and other muscles upper body and lower body etc . So so great experience.
