His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. I’d also like to thank the girl at the reception .. she was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The customer service from both of them was truly outstanding. My abs were burning towards the end! 💪💪 The water boards were definitely a great way to engage your core and build your balance and stability. Be prepared to sweat if you come in the summer, as it is outdoors. Would 100% come again, great class!
