Cause as soon as we finish and while we still are coming out of the pose, the instructor is already showing the next exercise. Making it difficult to follow what we need to do next and needing to ask her to repear. We should have a 10 sec break for water too.

His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. BUT the place was so nice, it was very luxurious, receptionist guide me and the women’s bathroom is so good they have lockers, toilet, showers and sauna. overall place is 10/10. on to the instructor due to i was lost so i was kinda late however since i was the only student despite being late for 30mins we started and the experience was so awesome. it was my first time trying aquacore and the coach guide me in every way 10/10. only the location issue and the photo needs to be updatedddd
