すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been taking Ghina’s classes since she first started teaching about a year ago, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She comes to every class so well prepared and is constantly changing things up, so no two classes ever feel the same. She’s incredibly attentive to everyone in the room, always making sure we’re doing the movements correctly and adapting exercises to different levels, so beginners, intermediate and advanced can all get the most out of the same class. You can reallyy see how much she loves what she does in the way she teaches. She’s constantly learning, improving and bringing new techniques into her classes, and somehow just keeps getting better. One of my absolute favorite instructors!

We worked on the core, legs, and arms, so it felt like a well-rounded full-body workout. Overall, I’m very happy with how the class turned out and I definitely enjoyed the experience.

My abs were burning towards the end! 💪💪 The water boards were definitely a great way to engage your core and build your balance and stability. Be prepared to sweat if you come in the summer, as it is outdoors. Would 100% come again, great class!
