Newo is very supportive, paid attention to every attendee, explained technique, corrected where needed and kept a motivating vibe. Studio is cozy and clean. His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more welcoming. I joined a mid-level class and let the instructor, Rowena, know that I’m a beginner. She was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the session. She took the time to explain each exercise, what muscles it targets, and the benefits, which made a big difference for me.
