She supported me so gracefully without me feeling embarrassed about asking what to do. I felt challenged and the class worked on full-body which is great. The setting, music, as well as the amount of students was PERFECT. I’m definitely coming back!❤️

She has a great teaching skills, very clear, with detailed instructions that helps you follow the moves and get there; she guides you to advanced poses smoothly and softly. She gives 100% of attention to the students. I am in an awe with the studio; right colors, lights, set-up, cleanliness and temperature. I had an amazing experience. Also during the session she would make sure to go around to check if we understood the workout and if the posture is correct. You can feel that she wants us to benefit from the workouts and for us to fully push ourselves. This is the second time ive done this class in optymize fitness and you can see that their trainers are really professional.

He remembers everyone's names and keeps on motivating us. His workouts are varied and different from one another whilst using weights, step, and/or body weight. The variety of workouts and minimal/none usage of gym machines - this is what makes me a repeat customer in this fitness center (as I don't like routine workout and hate gym machines). Thanks a lot!

Sam and Tatiana were great instructors - super friendly and helpful and really kept an eye on our form to maximise each exercise's benefit. I'll definitely be back!
