すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed this class and the studio is so cute! Everyone is right, the exposed brick is beautiful. I highly suggest you do this class on a day where you haven’t worked out in a minute. That way you’ll be open and able to do everything without the soreness of previous days, at least this will be my tactic lol.

Parker adjusted every single exercise so that everyone could participate. Super positive vibes. The space is clean and fresh. Loved this small group class.

He was super attentive; made sure we all had good form yet were comfortable, giving us options for modifications. The class was a good pace and he structured it perfectly.

I really enjoyed the intention of the class, which was grace, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. After the class ended, we all just sat on our mats dazed 😭😂. The music is more pop / hip hop which was okay with me but just something to be aware of if you are looking for more slow or soothing music. The only feedback was the teacher spoke VERY fast so it was a little hard to follow, so would have been nice for him to just not speak so fast, but otherwise good class!

However, once you find the spa, the receptionist team is friendly, and you will need to pay a 20% service fee, which in my case was $38. My masseuse was excellent and focused on all the areas I requested. The complimentary tea and water after the massage were great. I would definitely return to this place. The hot room was nice, and overall, it was a very relaxing experience.
