すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed this class and the studio is so cute! Everyone is right, the exposed brick is beautiful. I highly suggest you do this class on a day where you haven’t worked out in a minute. That way you’ll be open and able to do everything without the soreness of previous days, at least this will be my tactic lol.

すべてのレビューを表示I so enjoyed this class. Sam was great even with all the left hand right hand, face the lobby, switch ups 🤭😂. She even helped me balance at one point. I’ve never done a moon salutation in yoga before, and it was an experience. I love this yoga studio. They have a fan for life.

I really enjoyed the intention of the class, which was grace, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. After the class ended, we all just sat on our mats dazed 😭😂. Like one of the other women said, well happy Monday to you too Shelby 😂. 10/10

すべてのレビューを表示She was really sweet. My head or heart wasn’t in yoga today & I struggled more than I ever had with todays events / news. But she was so attentive and so sweet and kind. I was emotional (quietly) and couldn’t bring myself to smile, or even keep still at times but her kindness & unspoken understanding was so appreciated. Totally recommend.
