Hot 60 (26 & 2)
すべてのレビューを表示A super strong, knowledgeable instructor with such a powerful, amazing voice. Great prompts given for verbal adjustments. I got my training in this modality & haven’t practiced it in awhile, as I typically stick to hot vinyasa flow classes is what my energy leans into. But I didn’t know how much I needed to bring my body back to the foundations of 26 & 2 in that serious heat. It opened up some tight areas so much that I was so grateful I decided to take the class. I’ll be working on adding atleast 1 I to my routine weekly as a result. Thank you!

すべてのレビューを表示Great class! The instructor had great energy, calling everyone superstars :) cute space and the heat is manageable unlike other studios where it feels oppressive. Only complaint is that the class went over time by about 5 minutes, beware if you have a tight schedule!

すべてのレビューを表示More like a traditional Pilates class similar to The Daily for reference! Level 2 is a great class if you’ve done a few reformer classes before and not too intense. Great recovery day workout. Instructor was helpful with cues to improve form

すべてのレビューを表示Fusion Strength and Balance - I have taken lots of mobility classes and this was by far the best one. Sara was inviting and knew what she was doing. I have arthritis and sit all day for work. In other classes, I have left with a pulled muscle and feeling depleted. Leaving Sara's class I felt amazing and my hips were no longer creaking. The studio is clean and the yoga mats used were nothing like the thin mats provided with other studios. It felt like a cloud which is perfect for my arthritic knees and my sticky socks actually stuck to them making less stress on my feet. I definitely would recommend this studio to any and everyone!

すべてのレビューを表示Very intimate space it was really enjoyable. Definitely a class for a more experienced yoga goer but if you’re a beginner she seems like she wouldn’t mind changing up a bit for you and open to helping you out with the exercises.
