すべてのレビューを表示Thom was really welcoming, and I appreciate that he emphasised on form before speed. Really interesting way to warm up with breathing exercise, followed by fun challenge to find ways standing without using arms. Only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the cardio. 🤣

すべてのレビューを表示What a beautiful gym. A very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Even though it is basement level they managed a light that feels very natural! The furniture, equipment and everything else is brand new and of high quality. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. And the coach super skilled and supportive! Great experience!
