すべてのレビューを表示First time at this gym and class. I loved how much space there was in the room to spread out and be comfortable doing the Pilates on your mat without touching the next person. Tracy was amazing, very encouraging throughout the class and realistic with the workout by having mini breaks, countdowns and continued positive energy to keep you motivated. Everything helped to feel the burn but not deplete all your energy. WILL be back!
