Rise + Shine

Many times you will get a teacher who does the standard Vinyasa flow with the same moves over and over. Shelby provided new poses and used blocks in ways that I’ve never experienced in my 20+ years of doing yoga. It was an awesome experience and I’m so happy I got to go to salt yoga. The facilities are phenomenal. The coffee shop was so cool and I have a yoga studio that can open up and have windows that let the sunrise in was great. Very cool concept with the pottery studio and the coffee was great. Overall, a great review and experience.
