Allison kicked my butt in the best way possible! The plank section at the end was craazzyyy. A lot of new exercises I’ve never tried too. Thank you, Allison!

すべてのレビューを表示I love Mia and her classes! She’s the sweetest ever. Her classes are definitely challenging but I always feel stronger after. I love how her exercises are high energy and still grounded in yoga. Also always delicious playlist! Very motivating!

すべてのレビューを表示I’m glad I read the reviews because this is not regular yoga. This is more fast paced mat Pilates with no breaks. It felt like cardio, but I was prepared for that. Also, there is no shade. Wear sunblock. One girl wore a bikini to tan and she’s a genius.

I had a breakthrough and did things with my body I was told by THREE different doctors, that I wouldn’t be able to do! I cried! This was such a special day for me. I’ll never forget Michelle. She is a part of my healing. I also sat next to Gabby and she helped me throughout the class too! I cannot WAIT to take one of her classes! Book the class! It’s more than worth it. 💕🫶🏼 And also….. It is a special place, definitely my favorite yoga environment I’ve been to in Brooklyn - very understated, beautiful, and welcoming. The quick essential oil massage at the end is such a nice touch. Will definitely be returning soon

It was a great slow flow to decompress and let go of the week and she did a great job at keeping every move very intentional and grounding. The space is super cozy and the adjacent lounge is awesome for chilling and grabbing a drink after class. Such an amazing community space with the best second-living-room feeling. I’ll be coming back!

Room is overall clean, one thing to note is that you can hear any outside chatter in the hallway. I didn’t particularly mind but something to note! Overall I would 1000% come back!
