Her flow focused a lot on balance, with poses and transitions that were challenging and taught me things I hadn’t learned in other studios. She gave me helpful tips to improve my form and made sure I felt supported the whole time. She even turned up the heat in the room, which made the class so much more comfortable on a cold day. Her calm and encouraging teaching style left me feeling completely refreshed and ready for the day. I would definitely come back! ☀️

They incorporate meditation with the acupuncture which was a really lovely touch. I definitely felt like it made a difference in the on-going migraine I was going through and plan to go back for more treatments!

She took the time to really listen to what was going on so she could tailor the experience to my needs. She was able to help me relax and reset my body.
