    Diego is someone I would hangout with outside of spin, that’s how sweet he is. Regardless of your level as a rider, he gives you his undivided attention and makes the workout FUN. The only downside of SoulCycle lately is yet another pricing increase so I only make it to class once a week or so as opposed to my regular 3-4 sessions prior to.

    Fun dance moves and music! Also he throws in stretching and a few pushups so it’s a more balanced workout. The choreo was just challenging enough! But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.

    This was my first Barry’s class and it was amazing! Pinij was super informative, motivating and super caring. These classes are tough & fast paced so I would definitely recommend having weight lifting knowledge before taking a class! But 10/10 would go back :)

    W O W Kate’s energy is immaculate! I was STRUGGLING but SHE KEPT ME GOING! I highly recommend this class to anyone who is eager to strength train and really want to push themselves! However, with that said, it can be a little risky for those who are older or not as mobile because you’ll be standing in a puddle of sweat and still moving kettlebells or dumbbells all around (above your head, on your pelvis, around your body, etc.), so that’s just one thing to keep in mind!
