すべてのレビューを表示Great class! First time doing Pilates, instructor was very welcoming and helpful with my form throughout the workout. I will say the full body class was very fast paced for a beginner, but I was able to keep up. Music was very loud which made it hard to hear, but at least the music was good!

すべてのレビューを表示Such a great instructor who provided fun modifications and care for each person. She is excellent. I just wanted to share my opinion, I prefer hot yoga to be extremely hot and humid personally although I know not everyone enjoys really hot temperatures during class and ask it to be lowered during class. I for one, really appreciate that hot hot yoga class but I’m afraid to say it because everyone else in class might hate me.

すべてのレビューを表示She was incredible! She didn’t shout and try to speed through the cues as fast as she could. She spoke clearly and the workout was manageable but also challenging. Amazing playlist too. I hope to take more of her classes!

すべてのレビューを表示I was nervous and almost skipped my first class but i’m glad I didn’t ! It was hard at first but I pushed myself and did it and I feel SO GOOD after! I go to the gym often but I avoid core exercises… so I took this class to force myself to work out my core and I definitely feel the burn after. And the price of signing up for Solidcore was off putting at first, so thanks to class pass for allowing me to try this using a free trial. I am now going to pay for the monthly membership, this was so worth it.

すべてのレビューを表示Wasn’t a huge fan of the movements of this class compared to other classes I’ve taken BUT the instructor was awesome and super upbeat which I loved so that made up for it. She was also super hands on and corrected form 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

すべてのレビューを表示Megan is an outstanding teacher. Her slow flow class is challenging but still relaxing. At the end of class I know I worked hard but I don’t feel exhausted or strained. HIGHLY recommend her class on Monday nights at 715pm.

すべてのレビューを表示The workout was incredibly difficult which is what I was looking for. I feel prepared to do anything after this 50 minute session. The instructor was great and helped correct my form and continued to push me through each new movement. The space was clean and easy to get in and check in. Be sure to bring water and a towel!

すべてのレビューを表示I LOVE Hannah’s classes. Some of the best I’ve been to and I’m so glad she’s back! They’re the perfect mix of creative, difficult, and mindful. She gives great form correction and makes an effort to learn names.

すべてのレビューを表示Nice workout, not too challenging. The class is apparently heated but they keep the door open so it didn’t feel hot and felt very comfortable. I recommend sitting towards the front of the class because I couldn’t hear anything in the back over the music

I liked that Chief Nikki verbally instructed us on what to do, I thought it would be like Zumba where there aren’t verbal instructions but I was wrong! Love Roda and the clientele there!
