すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed the class! The instructor is very friendly, and the sequence was the right balance of challenging and relaxing. One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

すべてのレビューを表示Colleen was so helpful with correcting my form and encouraging with the difficult workouts. Everyone that I met that works at this studio was super kind, not snooty at al. Everyone seemed genuine. And the workout was great, definitely a class I feel like uses up every minute of the class, it doesn’t go too fast but not too slow either.

すべてのレビューを表示Omg my favorite Mind the Mat instructor! Sydney had my abs on fire five minutes into class. Her playlist was awesome and a great way to kick off my morning! The class didn’t feel like 95 degrees, but her exercises and energy made up for the lack of heat. I don’t blame her for the lack of heat though, I’ve noticed none of the classes at this location are really heated. I’ll be back for her core work for sure though!

Definitely brings out your inner child. Great energy from the space, and everyone was very welcoming. Will definitely be back to check out their other classes as well!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time doing barre3 and I am HOOKED. Not only was everyone welcoming, but the instructor offered ways to modify moves for comfort. The class was the perfect balance of cardio and strength- I have visited other barre studios but barre3 blew them out of the water. I was not expecting to sweat that much! I will absolutely be back.

すべてのレビューを表示It was quiet, yet energetic for an early 6am class. I got a quick intro and sign up and felt prepared for the class. I found it to be the perfect amount of challenging. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I came out with the best high ever. I will definitely be coming back to explore more Classic classes and the others they have. Thank you!

The pacing was good, every time i felt like i was dying we were almost done with the set, so although i had to take a bunch of breaks bc im out of shape, i never fell behind or felt pushed too far. Everyone was nice and welcoming and the vibes were good
