    never did I think I would have made the progress I have in the year I’ve spent taking Ashley’s classes. I started with no knowledge and now I’m really starting to see progress and it’s excited. She pushes you towards your goals and is a rare gem. I’d highly recommend regardless of where you are in your journey.

    Individualized Group Fitness

    This was my first time going back to strength training after a big injury and a lot of PT recovery, and Danny met me where I am then did just a little push farther in the right way. You walk in, get assigned a station that is yours for class, the instructor asks what you’d like to work on/what they need to know then builds you a well-rounded custom workout from there. Like everyone else said, great experience, will be back!
