Also not very relaxing as it’s a bit loud and chaotic but if you’re fine with that and just really want a solid massage this place works!

Overall a manageable class if you have Pilates experience. I do wish the class was longer than 45min to get a longer workout.

I have an injury I am recovering from and she did a wonderful job at targeting and locating the spots that needed help. I had a mix up with my appointment on my end, Georgia in the front was incredible and beyond helpful. I ended up having a 4 hands massage for a portion of the massage to receive cupping from Emily thanks to Georgias wonderful organization. Thank you again for making it possible! I’ve always done the 8 or 9am Saturday slot and have been the only person there. Rose takes the time to learn about why you’re there and is gentle with any injuries/pain. But she definitely challenges your range of motion while taking in your cues (a slight grimace, holding your breath, etc) and takes that into account depth of the stretch. Highly highly recommend.
