And if you have, I also encourage you to take it! George has a gentle, knowledgeable approach to the breath and beautifully creates space for you to experience what is truly needed in the body. すべてのレビューを表示I did the heels class with Tara (who was the substitute) and she was AMAZING!! This studio allows for personalized guidance. I haven’t done dance in a long time, but this studio allowed me to feel comfortable trying something new. I felt supported and excited learning!! Definitely will be returning. There is not another studio like this in UES!!
