すべてのレビューを表示Great experience! The process was very straightforward, the team was friendly, and my hair felt so soft afterward. One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
