    My forearms are sore as hell but Marisa was great! I didn't know I'd be in for the "hardest day of the week" when I signed up but it was great! My one call out is you spend about 1/3 of the class doing transitions which idk if it's my favorite format! Would come again

    Zumba

    Nadine was fantastic! She has such great energy and it was so much fun. Good mix of songs and choreography that was easy to follow for a beginner but with a bit of challenge thrown in. Overall made me remember how fun Zumba was when you have a great teacher!
