すべてのレビューを表示This gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

I’ve never done anything like this before and Dani was so helpful and patient with instructions and individual attention. The silks are intimidating but are such a great way to deeply stretch without strain while they bear your weight. I will be back!!!

Call me crazy, but it definitely helped clear up my chest a bit too - relieving some sinus pain & pressure. The air was cool and crisp with a sparkling ambiance- it felt like I was taking a nap in a mountain side cave - yet I was surreally blanketed with comfort- all my anxiety melted away for 40 minutes.
