The owner herself did my last lift and it was a great first experience (I was so relaxed that I feel asleep multiple times throughout the process). Since you have to have your eyes closed for a long time, I’d recommend wearing glasses instead of contacts so your eyes don’t get too dry/irritated from being closed with contacts in.

I’d never done a firm massage before, I usually do a Swedish massage with light to medium pressure, but I’d been dealing with some stubborn knots on my back and behind my shoulder blades so I decided to try requesting firm. Boy, was I impressed! I also had never requested for someone to walk on my back but I decided to try it. Definitely recommend this place and this particular massage.
