すべてのレビューを表示Lovely space, but beware that parking is a bit challenging, so arrive early! Everyone was helpful and welcoming. I was late for my appointment due to the parking situation, and was readily accommodated into the following session. While I waited, I was invited to draw medicine tarot cards and read a bit about what they meant, which was a nice touch. Val helped me get set up in the cave and told me a bit about the history and medicinal properties of Halotherapy. Overall a great experience!

すべてのレビューを表示Lex has been substituting for the Community Yoga class, and it has been great! She creates a calm, inviting environment and opens up the room for conversation prior to starting yoga. She does a great job explaining how each pose should look, and I appreciate the time taken for calming breath work during class. Her 5 star playlist is also a bonus! I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in the Salt Sanctuary

The meditation is pre-recorded and so it’s up to you to meditate and focus. I’m sure a live sound bath healing here would be wonderful. Worth it. Enjoy 😊 🧘🏻♀️

One of the best massages I've ever gotten, and she had me so relaxed that I literally fell asleep a few times. I did the infrared sauna afterwards and felt amazing! The ambiance at this establishment is wonderful, and I also enjoy walking around with a complimentary cup of tea checking out all the spiritual & wellness items that they sell while waiting for my session. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and when I was leaving, even gave me a couple Aura car fresheners.

すべてのレビューを表示I can’t understand why people have issues with this place. This massage for 22 units was AMAZING!!! Actual deep tissue. I’ve gone to many massages in my life, where deep tissue feels like a light tickle. Also, who cares if it’s in the back of a nail salon. At least you’re in your own sectioned off area and not in a room with 50 other beds and no curtain. It’s also really quiet back there- because it’s far away from the street and you don’t hear the street noise. The little water dripping noise was really nice. This truly is a little gem. shout out to Sophia.

This is coming from a plus size girly. Naturally I thought my healthier eating and new workout routine were finally kicking in, and of course that is the foundation, but a star player on their team is this lymphatic drainage. I slept almost 9 hours and this is coming from someone fighting for her life with insomnia. When I woke up, not only did I sleep extremely well and woke up looking amazing, I was FULL of energy today! I got so much accomplished. Keep in mind, with my lack of sleep, I typically have been feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Today, things just flowed. Antoinette had just come back from vacation the night before and I’m honored that she took time out of her day to provide me with this service.
