I had zero recollection of the last 30 minutes. I could have slept there for days undisturbed. 10/10 would recommend for the most relaxing experience ever.

Call me crazy, but it definitely helped clear up my chest a bit too - relieving some sinus pain & pressure. The air was cool and crisp with a sparkling ambiance- it felt like I was taking a nap in a mountain side cave - yet I was surreally blanketed with comfort- all my anxiety melted away for 40 minutes. I do feel like the halotherapy was effective in clearing my sinuses a bit and will be interested to see the effects after more regular visits. My only minor suggestion is to maybe put up a monitor with the body rolling sequence (start with feet calves etc) since I’ve done it before I kind of knew the gist of it but can imagine for someone whose never done it before could be helpful to have as a guide! I went for a 1 hour message and I usually get messages from woman so Q was the first male I have ever had a message with. His level of attention to the body and where your knots are get his attention and then he asks you some questions about the area and I was amazed how much he knew about where I had my aches and pains and explained some of the causes and gave some suggestions. At the most, I hoped it would help get a piece of glass out of my foot that I couldn't get out. But WOW, within the first 15 minutes, the swelling in my lymphnodes (that's been there for months) had drastically decreased. by the end of the 30-minute session, my lymphnodes were no longer swollen, and I felt better than I had in weeks! also Fran is the sweetest person and genuinely cared about how I was feeling and was attentive to my needs.
