I appreciated for the IV they gave me a private room to myself and a heat pack for on top of my arm so the IV didn’t feel cold going in. The seats are super comfortable and recline. When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was expecting me , and said my name before I offered, simply with the appointment time. I was given a short questionnaire on medical history and then brought to the back so Monica could start the IV. Monica was gentle and explained the next steps effortlessly, making me feel at ease. The time went by super fast and as soon as the drip was done, Angie was there to free me and wrap the Injection spot. I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you

The massage chairs were legit and super duty (not like the chintzy ones at the nail salons). Oh and a bonus to mention is they even give you oxygen while you are getting your IV treatment!

Haley was super sweet, extremely knowledgeable (I could tell she had a medical background which was a bonus and exactly what I was looking for). Haley made sure to go over the process and answer all of my questions before starting. The actual process was very quick and pain free.
