すべてのレビューを表示Gena is a very grounded gentle instructor. We also had an assistant for this class and at the beginning they asked if folks were ok with being touched / have their posture adjusted. I liked the flow of the class and Gena would offer modifications for certain poses so I did what was comfortable for my body. They provide blocks and blankets. You have to bring your own mat (maybe there’s one to rent but I didn’t check) and I’d recommend bringing a towel cause my mat was getting slippery from sweat. The room is heated to about 80-85 degrees which didn’t feel too hot but does get your warm for the practice and during as well.

I was a bit unsure at first after seeing some mixed reviews, but completing the intake form ahead of time made the session smooth and efficient—I was able to use the full 50 minutes. It was painful in the kind of way I needed but she did check with me several times to make sure the pressure was okay. I have never had someone get as deep as she. I love that she also stretched me as well. It was so good I called my husband and convinced him to book as well. About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

Free choice of essential oil spray was provided (lavender, eucalyptus, organge, or defense) The sauna was wonderful and personalizable for colors to target certain body functions (such as lymphatic, circulatory, and so on). A towel for the sauna and a small cold peppermint esential oil soaked napkin was provided for use during or after the sauna. After the sauna, a cup of cold tea and an orange is offered in the relaxation room that is tranquil with beach sand!
