It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Mia and her husband Matt have created such a warm, inviting space for you to find an accessible and immediate way to release tensions and alleviate stress! The space and community is designed to help you find tranquility and comfort. If you come to really allow yourself to be enveloped in a guided breath work and meditation, the benefits will be tremendous! I’ve seen comments about how it’s 45 instead of 60, the 60 minutes includes your time to prepare beforehand and after getting out. Bring your headphones and put in a guided meditation and you won’t even notice the heat. By the time the 45 mins is up your skin will be glowing and you’ll feel incredible when you walk out. Call me crazy, but it definitely helped clear up my chest a bit too - relieving some sinus pain & pressure. The air was cool and crisp with a sparkling ambiance- it felt like I was taking a nap in a mountain side cave - yet I was surreally blanketed with comfort- all my anxiety melted away for 40 minutes.
