すべてのレビューを表示The Hyperion at the Proper Hotel is a truly luxurious wellness experience. You have your own private suite with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel room, including a full bathroom. I appreciated that you’re free to customize how you spend your hour based on the therapies that interest you. The red light therapy bed is limited to a 15 minute session, and the PEMF mat runs for 8 minutes, but otherwise you can tailor the experience to your preferences. Since it was my first visit, I wanted to sample a little bit of everything.Unfortunately, when I went to use the PEMF mat, it displayed a low battery warning and wouldn’t operate. I spent about 10 minutes trying to see if I could plug it in or use the attachment for a specific body part instead, but wasn’t able to get it working. That was the only disappointment during an otherwise excellent experience. Had all of the equipment been functioning properly, I would have gladly given this experience 5 stars.

She makes sure to correct your form so you know you’re doing it properly. I also really like how intentional she is with what stretches we do that prep us for the flow. Playlist is always on point. The front desk associate recommended that I do 3 rotations, so I could get used to the plunge, and she was right! I was only able to dip on the first go around, but made it to 1.5 minutes on the 3rd. I was able to regulate my breathing and take my heart rate down and it was so satisfying. I would recommend!
