This was my first time at Ohm Thai and I walked past the small space three times before realizing the sign was on the door (on the right when you enter the plaza). I didn’t realize it would be one big room divided into four sections with curtains, but it didn’t bother me. There might be a fitness studio upstairs because you’ll hear thuds and bangs here and there, but the room plays oasis and gentle relaxing music to make up for it. Emma was my masseuse, and I requested the Swedish massage (not 100% knowing what to expect), and oh my goodness did I walk out of there in a daze because I was genuinely relaxed. She asked where I would like to focus and I mentioned my neck, shoulder and lower back. She ended up focusing on my entire body (literally from head to toe) which was surprisingly nice! I fell asleep three times because I requested a lighter pressure for a more gentle massage. The hot towels and the aromatherapy was also a bonus. I think she accidentally gave me an extra 10 minutes, or maybe she thought my brittle bones needed it lol. Anyways, 1000/10 recommend!!

I don’t get massages too often but when I do, it’s usually just a standard full body massage without any focus on pain points. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire in the office before my appointment for my preferences on pressure, areas to focus on, etc. and Masa did a fantastic job really working out those areas. It still was a very fluent and comprehensive massage but with an extra focus on the areas causing me pain. I’m not lying when I say I would have paid for as many hours as she was Amy asked me throughout if the pressure was okay but not too frequently to the point of annoyance and she use a lot of hold and release method (kinda like stopping the blood flow and releasing) I would say - based on the comments from everyone else in the group - all 3 deep tissues were a very big difference so i guess they do tailor it to the person.
