すべてのレビューを表示Great class and lovely instructor but for me personally this didn’t really serve my preference of strength work. I attend the Block Strength classes to increase my strength and weight load as the exercises are usually targeted at heavy and slow weight lifting exercises so you can go heavier than you might normally want to try. This class was more varied strength work including a fair bit of body work as well so it would be fine if that’s what you’re after.

The teacher was so mindful with all of his cues and assists, and I really appreciated the variety of pranayama, chanting, and readings included too. I sometimes couldn’t hear him very well as was very softly spoken, but maybe just me! Thank you for a wonderful practice 🙏🏼

The class had great energy and it took relaxation while stretching to a whole new level. They supplied mats, coded lockers, and showers. We also got a cold, scented towel at the end.

I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

When I arrived, James offered me tea, sat me down and we had a lovely quick chat about what the wellness center is and the benefits of the offerings. He got me situated in the AI massage chair and started with a calibration program that helped the chair choose which program, pressure and areas the chair was going to focus on. The chair then went to work on my body in a zero gravity position. Lovely. Highly recommend the chair, the environment and James customer service. When I’m back in Cambridge I’ll be back.
