All the stag were very friendly and so accommodating (fyi they cover your parking ticket here too) They massage was 30 mins but covered entire back, neck and even head / face with heater on skin afterwards. Will definitely be back.

I don’t think the man I saw gave me his name but he was very professional and accommodating, and the massage was very good. I booked a 45 minute sports massage to see what it was like and I think if I come back I’d go for the hour and a half option as the time flew by!

I went in with a list on my phone, fully prepared for the type of disheartening conversation you might have with a GP. Fortunately, this experience was completely different. I felt heard. And whilst nothing was over-promised, there seemed to be tangible steps we could take to improve my troublesome symptoms. It’s too early to say anything about long-term results, but my first impressions have been great. Worth being prepared to end up in your underwear - just a note if you’ve never been for acupuncture before!
