    Ellya’s classes are something else 🔥🔥🔥 she is incredibly supportive and welcoming and energetic and I love it!! You can tell how much time and effort and thought she puts into creating the routine and she gives everyone so much attention and help. The exercises BURN but you will leave feeling amazing and I always leave in a very happy mood because of how lovely and smiley Ellya is ❤️ absolutely 1000% recommend!

    Finally tried the legendary Barry’s on my visit to London. I didn’t realise it would be so brutal and as someone who works out regularly, I died (in a good way). This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

    Usually I wouldn’t write a review, but this time I feel I have to. I’ve been having a difficult time recently and while taking time off I decided on a whim to go to an afternoon spin class. This class was fun and challenging at the same time, Matt read the room and the energy and this was one of the best classes I’ve ever done. His supportive words ring true and couldn’t have come at a better time and made me quite emotional. So I just want to say thank you for an amazing session with amazing tunes, and still telling myself well done for showing up. Thanks Matt!!

    The class with Kamilla was good but given it was supposed to be taught in ENG she kept switching between that and Norwegian. Which I understand can be important sometimes, but after a point I wasn’t sure if I missed an instruction and that left me confused. I have a basic level of understanding but when I select a class that’s in English at 7am, I’m not prepared to having to firstly keep up with the demanding exercises but also make sure I haven’t missed anything being said in Norwegian. It was just distracting overall.

    Such a great class, Bethany is truly the best! The only sad thing about being away from London is not being able to attend her class, which is really challenging, but so much fun! She explains everything in detail, so that you do the exercises with proper form, and the workout targets the whole body with low impact exercises.     Raph is a great coach and very patient. He knows how to motivate and encourage you while giving excellent advice. Plus, his playlist is awesome! 😂 The location is great, clean, and well-organized, which makes the classes even more enjoyable. I’ve been attending classes since Sep., and honestly, Raph, Mad, and Bugra really push you to your limits 🦾 you’ll feel completely wiped out (in the best way) after their sessions. Highly recommend!
