すべてのレビューを表示I’d have loved for her to explain a little more about the theory behind Yin Yoga, such as what it is good for, why the poses are held for longer, how this affects the connective tissue etc. That said, today’s class was really good for creating more space and openness in the pelvis and hips. She is kind and gentle, good poses.

We went through a whole-body warm up routine with a lot of interesting dynamic stretches and strengthening, and then we went through exciting circuits to develop our range of motion. Jatie is super engaging and very knowledgeable. Their teaching instructions and demos are super clear. Their energy is super contagious. The venue is awesome too. A great studio with great props and great facilities super close to the tube. I’m defo coming back! 🙌🏽

Liza is a warm and informative practitioner and helped bring me into a place of rest and digest much quicker than most. I left this class feeling lighter, more grounded and a lot less anxious than when I walked in. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful class! Thank you Liza x

The class size isn’t too big so everyone had individual support. We went through a range of different moves and routines. The pace was great, we had enough time to go through things by ourselves. We had fun, laughed, danced, and learned a small choreography. It challenged me in a good way, while still feeling relaxed and enjoyable.
