La chorée n’était pas simple pour un ultra-débutant qui n’a jamais dansé sur talon mais ça le fait quand même car le résultat à la fin est dingue. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Juste petit bémol que le cours soit 100% en anglais mais c’est facile à comprendre et à suivre (au cas où s’il y a des gens qui ne comprennent pas du tout l’anglais).

Dancing and moving together helps removing it, at least a bit. Fun- jumping into the river and then sauna, and then again, heals the body and refills the energy., Absolutely a worth experience!!

すべてのレビューを表示I like very much the energy brought by Serena! She explained the movements in a very vivid and easy to understand way. She was also patient to help correct the movements and encouraging when she saw your body building up. I love it and will definitely come back!!❤️❤️❤️

すべてのレビューを表示I went there with no expectations; needing to shake it off from work. The teacher, Tianna, was a ray of energy and positive attitude, which helps to feel comfortable as a new comer. I know how to dance but I am not comfortable with choreography, the group made me feel okay being “clumsy” and at the end, I’ve just stopped controlling and had a lot of fun & good sweat 💪 - thank you!
