Idea to ensure people are staggered in a class with a lot of twisting and stretching to help with this, but regardless class itself was the best.

すべてのレビューを表示This is the second swing yoga class I have taken with Sneha at Lotus. I find the class to be excellent for relieving stress and pressure on my lower back in particular. Using the hammock under her guidance I can stretch in places I am unable to in other practices. It is challenging but Sneha offers options to allow me to access each pose at a level I can manage and maintain. She is exceptionally talented in her guidance and offers clear explicit instruction to allow me to make the most of the class. Highly recommend.
