すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been taking Ghina’s classes since she first started teaching about a year ago, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She comes to every class so well prepared and is constantly changing things up, so no two classes ever feel the same. She’s incredibly attentive to everyone in the room, always making sure we’re doing the movements correctly and adapting exercises to different levels, so beginners, intermediate and advanced can all get the most out of the same class. You can reallyy see how much she loves what she does in the way she teaches. She’s constantly learning, improving and bringing new techniques into her classes, and somehow just keeps getting better. One of my absolute favorite instructors!

Felipe tailored the session really well to suit my needs, explained everything clearly as we went along, and made sure I was doing each exercise correctly and getting the most out of the workout. I felt supported throughout and really enjoyed the session. Thank you, Felipe — a great first workout and I’m looking forward to the next one!
