The music created an amazing atmosphere, but what truly stood out was Lynn’s coaching. Her voice and energy, and encouragement were genuinely inspiring and kept me pushing through every interval. I left feeling energized, and already looking forward to taking another class with her. Highly recommend! 🔥

Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

We were told memories of our last may come up, weirdly a clear, palpable vision of my childhood appeared as I slept. The only thing I will say is that whilst it was lovely we were given extra time, my parking had run out and could be fine!

She explained every movement clearly, paid close attention to our posture and alignment, and her calm, soothing voice made it so easy to follow along. すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed Rahma’s energy, and the class was challenging in a good way. However, I felt the studio itself could use some attention. The reformer carriage was squeaking and didn’t move smoothly, which affected the overall experience. The leather on the carriage was also visibly worn and damaged, and the cleanliness of the studio seemed like an area for improvement. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
