Peak fun. ✨ And Michel at Pilates Lab makes it even better. He’s calm, patient, and relentless at his pursuit of teaching us how to have a better spine alignment, somehow proving that suffering doesn’t have to be traumatizing, and that it’s okay if I don’t bend like a pretzel.

However, occasionally a selfish disrespectful attendee, like today, falls asleep during the session and snores loud and ruines sound healing experience for everyone. That is what happened in today session.In my opinion, instructors should brief the attendees before the session that if they start snoring, they will wake them up. And they do so during the sound bath. because one inconsiderate person ruins everybody's experience. Sound healing is all about listening to sounds and snores are not part of sound healing.

Her teaching style focuses on posture, alignment, and controlled movements rather than high-intensity cardio, making it a beautifully mindful yet challenging workout. I felt stronger and could really feel my muscles working throughout the class. I especially appreciated how she progressively built each exercise, adding layers and intensity with clear, easy-to-follow instructions.
