The class was very busy and nobody was there at the beginning to help set up people’s bikes - I’m not very confident clipping in and setting up and this was very rushed. As a result my bike wasn’t set up properly and I felt uncomfortable at times on the bike.

However I am started to get frustrated by Siro's management of letting latecomers into the classes, we are all on a time cap, so delaying a class by 10-15 minutes to let people in so they can setup their bikes is just not acceptable.

I feel sorry for the staff and instructor. I had to walk out after 20mins. Not to standard at all. The place needs a revamp and I’m requesting a full refund on my lost class.
