The only things are the commute there was so crazy with the traffic and the parking is not the best. It was very full, but thankfully i was able to find a spot. They also sent someone down to bring you up which is nice. The studio itself is very clean and everyone was kind and professional. It was just a bit far for me to commute to and i didn’t realize there would be so much traffic. Overall, a great place to get a massage 💆🏻♀️

Loved the heated bed as an added touch because I am often cold. My skin feels great after the facial and more hydrated than before. I loved the massages that were given throughout the treatment (arms, shoulder, neck and scalp). I really appreciate facials that incorporate massage during wait times for masks to work/be absorbed, it really adds to the relaxation!

It’s not a tanning bed clearly, but I was wondering. You get to choose which wavelength you want, and I went with the “pain” one which goes the deepest to heal your muscles while also doubling up for your skin. I did a workout before going in and I actually did feel like my muscles were less sore. Not sure if it’s placebo but it was pretty relaxing! I did start sweating a bit though 😂 would love to try the other services at the Sweat and Tonic Spa

He is very knowledgeable, asked the right questions and was very effective at working on problem areas. Being a fan of deep tissue massages, I also appreciated the amount of pressure he was able to put. Highly recommend him! Also very cute and cosy space.

She welcomed me and made me feel right at home. She walked me through the treatment and after it was done she came in quietly as to not disturb me. The treatment itself was so relaxing and it felt longer then just 30 mins.I will definitely be back again.
