She conducted a skin analysis first and talked me through my skin issues. She’s very kind, really knowledgable and knows what she’s doing. After the facial, she showed me around the clinic. She also gave me recommendations on my skincare and tips to streamline the routine since I’ve been slacking quite a bit on that.
