I really enjoyed the self guided setting with the support of the staff whenever we needed a little guidance. I’m trans/nonbinary so it’s nice that the facilities weren’t gendered.

As someone who’s only used outdoor saunas and cold plunges, it felt uniquely different in a very good way. The hour flew by and I left deeply relaxed switching from the sauna, shower, cold tub and then the red light therapy. I’ll definitely be back.

After the facial, she showed me around the clinic. She also gave me recommendations on my skincare and tips to streamline the routine since I’ve been slacking quite a bit on that.
